Investment Committee (IC) and Non-Executive Board Positions

 

The firm’s Principal, Nigel Douglas, has almost ten years’ experience as a voting member of investment committees at Van Eyk (until April 2010) and Perpetual (to 2013) as well as external dealer group committees (specifically Hillross – an AMP dealer group).

 

These services typically include:

 

• Critically reading documents for decision by the investment committee

 

• Engaging with research teams and consultants making IC submissions prior to

  meetings if required; and

 

• Attendance at regular meetings and voting on items for Approval.

 

For non-executive fund manager or institutional board positions, he can utilise his extensive experience across a wide range of private sector and government organisations.

 

These services typically include:

 

• Critically reading documents for decision by the Board Attendance and participation at regular Board meetings; and

 

• Participation in Board sub-committees if agreed by both parties.
